The Patronus System is a visual AND/OR audio alert system. It is designed to alert Public/pedestrians that a “vehicle is operating (Audio alert) and a no-go zone (Visual alert)” in low lighting areas, while also letting others know the operator is in the excursion zone.
Public awareness of the dangers of heavy vehicles under operation is not always identifiable to the public, and the ever-changing social awareness due to technology use (cell phones, headphones) mitigate the need to exhaust all avenues available to help the public/pedestrians easily identify potential hazards, which is where the idea for the Patronus system came.
The Patronus systems come with a small control box, lights and/or speaker (depending on what is needed). The control box is mounted in a safe place and wired to the vehicles existing wiring. (Brackets for lights are available, sold separately)
The Patronus V2 PLUS is a Visual AND Audio alert system designed to create a zone to make pedestrians and workers onsite aware of the hazards in the area. The Patronus is particularly helpful when vehicles are loading and unloading. The audio alert is customizable when ordered to suit the client’s needs.

Audio alert automatically turns on when Beacons are on.
Patronus lights turn on when Beacon and headlights are on. (Audio alert continues to play)
When beacon, headlights and reverse is engaged, Patronus lights will flash to warn public. (Audio alert continues to play)
